Shipping Policy

We want you to receive your Gifts as soon as possible.  Which is why we dispatch your order within 24 hours from the date you place an order on our site.  From the time your order is dispatched from our facilities, it takes 2 – 7 working days to reach you based on your geographical location.
What are your Delivery Charges?
We are currently offering subsidized shipping rates. All of our shipping charges are based on the weight of the item, and our gifts will be delivered by normal service. In the case that you require an item urgently, we will send it via Express/Next Day in which case you may incur additional shipping charges.
What if there is a problem with the delivery of my Order?
Despite our best efforts and those of our courier, certain issues can and may arise before your parcel is delivered. In order to guarantee you a quality service, we promise to do our best to find the cause and resolve the problem in a timely manner.
How do I track my Order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, an email containing your shipping information is sent to you automatically. If you are unable to view any information regarding your parcel, we recommend that you contact us via email at, or call us at 011-47091472 so that we can follow up on your order.
What if I am not there when they try to deliver the package?
Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner makes attempts to reach you via a phone call and SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package. A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to your parcel for 3 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning your parcel to us.

Once the parcel has been sent back to us, you must wait until it arrives into our Offices.  At that time you will automatically receive an email asking you if you would like us to resend your order.  We will hold your order for you at our Order Processing Center for a week from the time we send you an email.  Please note the shipment cost for resending the parcel will be borne by the customer.
What if the items were damaged during Shipping?
If when you receive your parcel you notice that it is damaged you should refuse to accept it. All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our offices, complete with security tape that should be visible and intact.  If you refuse your parcel, please let us know via email to or via phone at 011-47091472
What if the package contains incorrect items?
We try our best to ensure that this does not happen.  However, mistakes do occur, and if you notice that your parcel does not contain the items you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
